Privacy

Projeckz is a private construction project management tool. Builders and their clients sign in to follow a build. This note says what we collect, why, where it lives, and how to have it removed. It is written plainly and is not legal advice.

Who is in here

Projeckz is invite-only. Accounts are created by the builder, not by self-signup. Each client sees only their own project.

What we collect

Accounts: your email and a sign-in session. Sign-in uses a one-time code, not a password we store.

Project data: the details a builder enters for a job: client name, site address, budget lines, schedules, messages, and photos or documents uploaded to the project.

What we do with it

We use it to run your build and show each side what they are meant to see. We do not sell your data. We do not run ad trackers or third-party pixels.

Documents and AI

When a builder drops a document (an invoice, a delivery notice) and the AI reader is turned on, that file is sent to Anthropic (the Claude API) to draft the line items. A person always reviews and approves before anything is applied. Nothing is posted or shared automatically.

Where it lives

Accounts, projects, budgets and schedules are stored in Cloudflare (our database). Photos and documents live in a private Cloudflare bucket that is never served to the public web and is reachable only by the right signed-in accounts on that project. A sign-in session is a token in your browser.

Your controls

Want your account or a project's data removed? Email hello@projeckz.com and we will handle it within 7 days, except records the builder must keep for the job.

Children

Projeckz is a tool for adults running or following a construction project. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this note changes meaningfully, we will update the date above. No silent edits.
